Is there a free trial?
Yes. Start with 7 days free, with no card required. Your trial begins when you create your student or parent account.
Will I be charged automatically?
Your no-card trial never starts a charge automatically. If you choose a paid membership, it renews monthly or yearly until you cancel through Manage subscription.
What is the planned price?
US$7.99/month for the first child, plus US$2.99/month for each additional child. The annual option covers 12 months for the price of 11. Prices are in your selected currency.
Which courses are available?
Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics 0580 Core and Extended, and Pearson Edexcel International GCSE Mathematics A Foundation and Higher. Cambridge mapping currently supports exams in 2025–2027. Confirm your child’s board and tier with their school.
Can students register with their own email?
Yes. Students can create their own account, receive secure password setup and reset links at their email address, view progress and manage their own membership. Parents can still create a student username from their dashboard.
What can I see as a parent?
Register a parent account and enter the one-use connection code your student gives you. Results appear only while the student chooses to share. Students can stop sharing or disconnect a parent from My student account.
Does StepFluent guarantee a better grade?
No. StepFluent supports maths practice and understanding. It does not guarantee grades, replace a teacher, or assess handwritten proofs and full exam working. Human teacher review of the original question bank is still pending.
Are email reports included now?
Email reports require mailbox setup and verification of your parent email. Open Email reports from your parent dashboard to choose test reports or request a weekly or 30-day summary. Scheduled summaries and reminders are not enabled. Password setup and recovery links use the account holder’s email when the mailbox is connected.
Can I continue on another device?
Yes. Completed lessons and tests are saved to the student account. Unfinished lessons remain in the browser where they were started.
